Additions and Corrections to above:

1. From Judith Newman of Maryland November 1997 - However, you should mark the entry for the Gray Cemetery in Covington as incomplete or partial as there are a number of graves that I know are there and in reasonably good condition (as of last spring when my mother was last there) which are not listed. The list contains Volney and Ada Levalley but not the nearby graves of their daughter and son-in-law Katherine and Charles Hoxie. Also up the hill there is a largish plot with one large marker with LeValley, Osler, Hermann on the sides and a number of smaller graves, two Osler babies, Henry and Ella Levalley, Mattie Levalley Hermann and her baby and 60 years later her husband John Hermann. 

There are two more LeValleys to add to the list in Gray Cemetery: (December 2005)

        Dyrel LeValley(son of Mark LeValley buried nearby)Inscribed We Loved Him(1906-1924) (he was killed by a train while walking on the railroad tracks)
        Ida M LeValley (Mother of Dyrel/1st wife of Mark LeValley) 1879-1911  She is buried beside Dyrel. Her stone weathered beyond recognition but pencil of stone reveals IDA M in block letters.
