·  Death: 10 MAR 1841 in Union, Tioga, Pennsylvania
·  Burial: 1841 Spencer Cemetery, Union Township, Tioga, Pennsylvania

Born in Litchfield, he left early in the 19th century and was married in turn to two sisters, Elizabeth Page and Sally Page Wetmore. He moved first to Milford, New York where his son Heman was born in 1812. He eventually brought his family of 11 children to a farm in Union Township, Tioga Co., PA near that of Jewitt and Sally Spencer. His children were, Heman, Diantha, Rhoda, Anna, Hiram, Ozias Jr., Eliza, Thalia, James, and Angelina.
