I do not know if one of the men in the picture is Mr. McGraw.
You cannot read the postmark date on it but I did find Charles McGraw in
the following:
Charles McGraw is found in the 1891 Elmira City Directory as a boarder
living at 611 W. Church St. In the 1910 census he is found again in Elmira
living on W. Church Street, age 35, single, occupation is Meat Cutter at
Butcher Shop. There is a Lillian Ward? age 25 living with him,
relationship listed as Cook.
