I'm looking for ancestors of the following family. I believe that Charles Mallory HOLFORD was the son of Lewis HOLFORD, and probably grandson of Edward and Ruth HOLFORD of Susquehanna County, but would like confirmation. I suspect that he got his middle name from a MALLORY family connection, but have not yet found it. I have the CONNELLY family ancestors back for several generations, mostly in Ulster and Greene counties, NY, but don't yet know the maiden name of James Connelly's wife. There may also be relatives named LAKE, but I don't know where they fit in. Can anyone help?

I'm trying to find the dates of death and final resting places for John BERRY and his wife, Alvira ALLEN Berry.
John was born 1806 in Guildhall, Essex, Vermont the son of John S. and Elizabeth ELLIOTT Berry and died after 1870 probably in Bradford County, Pennsylvania. John married Alvira ALLEN about 1828 in Virgil, Cortland, New York. Alvira was born 1808 in New York and died after 1880 probably in Bradford County, Pennsylvania.
John, Alvira and their young family migrated Tompkins County, New York and eventually arrived at the Berrytown area of Springfield Township, Bradford, Pennsylvania in 1837. The Berry family also lived in Canton, and South Creek townships. John Berry sometimes used the name Issac Berry.
John Berry was last found in the 1870 census of South Creek Township.
Alvira ALLEN Berry was last found residing with her son, George H. Berry,
at Gillett
in the 1880 census of South Creek Township.

I am searching for the parents of John FOSBURGH born August 1806 in New York and died 19 September 1872 in Gillett, Bradford, Pennsylvania. John married Betsey G. (surname unknown) about 1828 probably in New York.
John and Betsey G. Fosburgh lived in Columbia, Smithfield and South Creek townships. They had children named Harriet, James P., Alonzo, Porter, Maria, Bennett, Emeline and Susan. John and Betsey are both buried in Fries Cemetery, Columbia Cross Roads, Pennsylvania.
I am also looking for a date of death and final resting place for James P. FOSBURGH born January 1831 in Pennsylvania. James married Martha Marilla LOOMIS 02 July 1852 in Owego, Tioga, New York. Martha was born 05 June 1832 in Pennsylvania the daughter of Ely and Lydia RICH Loomis, and Martha died 19 January 1874 probably in Bradford County, Pennsylvania. Martha is buried in Hilton Cemetery, Troy, Pennsylvania. The last know record of James was in the 1900 census of Smithfield Township where his surname is spelled Fosburg.

I am researching Leonards from Bradford county Pa. I know Lewis and Rose Leonard (buried Checkerville ) are my great-great grandparents, and also buried there Alex and Lidia Leonard Are Lewis's Parents. I believe that Alex's parents are Jonas and Julia Leonard. I am searching for their burial place. I also believe Charles, William , and James Leonard are Alex's brothers. William,and Charles are buried in Big Pond and James in
East Smithfield. Jonas is in the springfield census 1850 living with Charles next door to Alex. I found somewhere (Ancestry.com) That William
was born to Jonas and Julia Leonard in 1805 in Amsterdam Ny. I have
checked resourses and found that is in fact the Gen. William Leonard buried
in Big Pond. Some of the census ages of Charles and Alex are wrong.One
census has Alex named Alice. Any info. would be helpful in solving this.
I am also searching the parentage of my Great Grandmother Gertrude Carrier
who married my Great grandfather Alvin Leonard in Waverly,Ny but resided

Looking for the family of William EATON who came to Bradford County, PA with Able EATON from Springfield, MASS to find their old neighbors the LEONARDS. They settled in Bradford Co and William EATON married Asaneth LOOMIS.

Looking for parents of Frank B. TAYLOR, who married Lillie Emily BRAMHALL in 1879.
Both Frank and Lillie were living in Elmira with their parents prior to the marriage. Lillie was only 16, Frank probably a few years older. Frank's mother was supposedly a BEECHER, related to Rev. Thomas K. BEECHER, Harriet BEECHER Stowe, etc., but I haven't been able to find the link. Maybe Granny TAYLOR was related to the BEECHER's but with a different surname.
Granny TAYLOR died sometime around 1890, and had been living in Elmira. Frank and Lillie had headed west to San Francisco in about 1882.
Lillie was the daughter of Walter Morrel BRAMHALL and Lillie C. Middleton BRAMHALL, who were from NYC/NJ area, and hadn't been in Elmira more than a couple of years. Would also love to know what business Walter was in in Elmira.

Stephen Goodspeed CHILSON was born Massachusetts 31 December 1809.
He lived in Troy, Bradford Co., PA and is listed in the 1840, 1850 and
1860 censuses there. Married Rosanna METTLER. Died 30 November 1889 in
Troy and is buried in Glenwood Cemetery Troy. He is probably not
related to the numerous other CHILSONS in Bradford Co. I believe he was
the son of Jonathan CHILSON and Bethia Goodspeed CHILSON of Steuben Co.,
NY although I have no proof. Please, any information on him would be appreciated.
