Jedediah Carpenter b. c. 1802 reported living w/parents in Osceola, PA in 1807. History books of REHOBOTH Carpenter line report that this Jedediah died in IL, but no record of his death has been found.

History books also state that Sarah Burley Carpenter died in IL but no record of her death has been found. We believe she may have died during one of the epidemics in PA.
