We are doing a genealogy on trace of Robert R Jolley who died Aug 29 1900 in Elmira N.Y. and who was a foreman at the bridge works, and this is all that we know of him. We are also looking for information on Mrs. Hattie may Jolley that died on 11/02/1927. If you could post this on your web site we would like to hear from anybody that could help us.

Thank you, Anna (jolley) Mitchell

Subj: THOMAS, Joel in Chemung 1790

From: (Carolyn Adams)

I am interested in knowing more about the Joel Thomas in the 1790 census for Chemung. There were 5 men, 5 boys, and 3 girls enumerated from his home. Where did he come from? Wife's name? Death date? Where buried? Childrens names? Parents?

Any help would be appreciated. I am trying to prove or disprove my descent from him. Thank you!
