1. Zina1 Doud, son of Peleg Doud and Merab Ward, (#13850) was born in Salisbury, Litchfield County, Connecticut 14 JUL 1775.

He married Sally Hamlin * BEF 1796 in Rutland County, Vermont. (Sally Hamlin* is #13851.)

Zina was listed as the head of a family on the 1820 Census in Sullivan Township, Tioga County, Pennsylvania. Ziney was in 1820 census of Sullivan Township. First name Zina, Ziney, Zineg?

ZinaDoud and Sally Hamlin* had the following children:

2 i. Alvah2 Doud (#6528) was born in Rutland County, Vermont 6 MAY 1796. Alvah died 20 MAY 1857 in Sullivan Township, Tioga County, Pennsylvania, at age 61. His body was interred MAY 1857 in Mainesburg Cemetery, Sullivan Township, Tioga County, Pennsylvania. He married Electa Rumsey BEF 1825. (Electa Rumsey is #6511.) Electa was born 1 JUN 1800 in Benson, Rutland County, Vermont. Electa was the daughter of Smith Rumsey and Betsey Ford*. Electa died 9 JAN 1872 in Sullivan Township, Tioga County, Pennsylvania, at age 71. Her body was interred JAN 1872 in Mainesburg Cemetery, Sullivan Township, Tioga County, Pennsylvania.

Alvah was listed as the head of a family on the 1830 Census in Sullivan Township, Tioga County, Pennsylvania. Electa and Alvah were 30-40 with one girl and one boy 5-10 in the household, Aurilla and Lorenzo.

Alvah was listed as the head of a family on the 1840 Census in Sullivan Township, Tioga County, Pennsylvania. Electa and Alvah had one female and one male under five, two females 5-10, one female 10-15, one male 15-20 in their household.

In the Census of 1850, Alvah was listed as a head of household in Sullivan Township, Tioga County, Pennsylvania. Alvah was a farmer with property worth $1500. Lorenzo also was a farmer.

Alvah had his will probated 17 JUN 1857 in Sullivan Township, Tioga County, Pennsylvania. Adm. Lorenzo Doud. Widow, Electa, renounced right to admin.

3 ii. Chlorinda Doud (#68707) was born in Vermont 1799. She married Elisha Goff 03 FEB 1825 in Sullivan Township, Tioga County, Pennsylvania. (Elisha Goff is #68708.) Elisha was born 1797 in Connecticut. Elisha was the son of Solomon Goff* and Huldah Unknown (Goff).

4 iii. Ziney Doud Jr. (#73929) was born 1800-1810. Ziney was listed as the head of a family on the 1830 Census in Sullivan Township, Tioga County, Pennsylvania. Ziney Jr. and wife, both aged 20-30 had two sons under age five in their household.
