Letters of Administration common form on the Estate of Wm. B. Kennedy
deceased late of Delmar Twp. Tioga Co. were this day issued to E. Phillips
and Amanda Kennedy they having first been duly sworn as required by law
and filed the reunciations of S. F. Kennedy, Hosea H., Estella J., Russell,
Lettelia A. Kennedy and Olive Francis brothers and sisters of said decdent
requesting they be appointed also filed an affidavet showing that Dec'd
died at his residence in said Twp. on the 19th day of April 1881. At the
hour of 2 Oclock P.M.
Same day Administrators Bond in Sum of Sixteen hundred Dollars, with
Amanda F. Kennedy, Robert Slyor, A.M. Foote as sureties filed.
23 May 1881. Inventory filed amounting to $
August 1st 1882 Admin. Of final account examined passed and filed.
