Registers Office, October 1, 1910. This day letters
of Administration upon the estate of Lewis W. Kennedy, late of Delmar Township,
Tioga County, Pennsylvania were granted to Lorenzo Miller, he first having
been duly sworn as required by law and filed an affidavit showing that
said deceased died at his residence, on or about Thursday September 22,
1910, at 10:30 A.M. Also filed the reuninciation of Antice E. Kennedy
widow of said decedent.
October 1, 1910, Bond filed in the sum of Two Thousand dollars, Signed
by Lorenzo Miller, E.L. Taylor and Wm. D. Gross.
October 6, 1910, General Inventory filed amounting to $ 976.00.
October 20, 1910, Vendue List filed.
October 17, 1911, The first and final account of the Administration
examined passed and filed.
