MANY OLDER residents of Tioga can still remember Anthony Addison, for 40 years a familiar sight on the streets of Tioga, as he carried the express and mails from the two railroad stations. Above he is pictured on Main St. in front of the Park with his horse and cart. He usually wore a straw hat, winter and summer.
