DEATHS
Mrs. Betsey D. Williams
Troy July 13---Mrs Betsey D. Williiams, 89, of Towanda R D 1, died
Thursday night in Mills Community Hospital.
She is survived by three daughters Mrs. Sam Barrett and Mrs Francis
Howard of Towanda and Mrs Bertha Hulslander of Troy; one son, Nelson Benson
of Troy; 10 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren, and two brothers, Devillow
Soper of Waverly, NY and Franklin Soper of Troy, and several nieces and
nephews. The body is at the Soper and Vickery Funeral Home here where services
will be held Monday at 2 p,m.. Rev. Arthur A Bennett of Burlington
offciating. Burial will be in the Soper cemetery near Luther's Mills.

Lord one hundred 1900.
Between Jane E. SOPER of the Township of North Towanda, County of Bradford,
said state of Pennsylvania of the first part, and Franklin SOPER, Devillow
SOPER, Nelson J. SOPER, John E. SOPER and Betsey BENSON of the same date
of the record part.
Witnesseth, that the said party of the first part, for and in consideration
of the sum of
and one ( $1.00) Dollar and natural love and affection, lawful
money of the United States of America, well and truly paid by the said
party of the second part to the said party of the fiest, at and before
the **ealing and Silvery of these presemts, the recipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, have remised, released and quit claimed, said by these presents
does remice, p**ase and quite claim, unto the said party of the second
part, there being and assign, all that certain lot, piece or parcel of
land, lying an being in the Township of North Towanda, County of Bradford
and that of Pennsylvania consisting of family burial plot, known as the
SOPER-BAILEY cemetery, private on my farm in said Township. Have
being hereby being recieved out of my said farm and to be kept and maintained
by my said children, as a family cemetery, and by their heirs forever.
Together with all and ***gular, the tenements, hereditaments and apperter*aver.
to the same belonging, or in any wise appertaining, and the revision and
revisions and profits thereof and also all the estate, right of title,
interest, property, claim and dervand whatsoever, both in law and equity,
of the said party of the first part, **of in, to, or out of the said premises,

To have and hold the said premises, with all and singular the affurteriaces,
unto the party of the second part their heirs and aseigns, to and for the
only proper use and belon of the said party of the second part their heirs
