Located in the Seeley Creek Valley in Wells Township, Bradford County, Pennsylvania, a short distance east of Seeley Creek on an elevated knoll north of Mosherville and south of Farm View Road (the only road leading east from Route 328 between Mosherville and the state line). Several plain field stones bearing no inscriptions. The cemetery is in a very deteriorated state of condition. The cemetery was begun by the Judson family on land they settled on in 1803. Solomon and Naomi Judson were buried in this cemetery and later reinterred at Mosherville Cemetery. Markers copied and rechecked on several occasions by J. Kelsey Jones.

There are thoughts that never parish,
Bright, unfading, through long years;
So thy memory we cherish,
Shrined in love, embalmed in tears.
Elias son of David M. & Polly Sayre d. July 28, 1857 Ag’d 23 y’rs 11 mo. & 2 d’s
Be ye therefore ready also; for the son of man
cometh at an hour when ye think not.
Adelpha dau of David M. & Polly Sayre d. Sept 18, 1846 aged 9 years 1 M’o & 12 D’a
There are footmarkers, W. F. S. and E. S. for two of the above markers.
