Location:  On Arnot Rd. about 1/2 mile from corner of Arnot & Cherry Flats Rd. on Right-Set back from road in cow pasture.  Fenced w/Electric Fence-On Bowen Farm-see them for permission to cross pasture-Charleston Twp. Tioga County  Cemetery is in care of Charleston Twp.  It is in very bad shape-Covered in limbs & Woodchuck holes-Many stones   Flat, buried and broken
