Andrew Kniffin and Abraham Kniffin and E.F. Sparks all of Ward Township
Tioga County Pennsylvania being by me first duly sworn severally deposeand
say that they have been well aquatinted with Orin A. Kniffin for four years
last past being near neighbors of his and that they have laboured with
him and know that he is unable to perform
hard labor or service by reason of physical disability caused by being
run over by a loaded two horse wagon about four years since and that he
is totally disabled for anything like hard labor by reason of being run
over as aforesaid
