This Indenture made the first day of March In the year of our Lord one Thousand Eight Hundred and fifty three Between Henry H. Dent of the Borough of Coudersport, Potter County, Pennsylvania of the first part and Richard J. Inscho of Jackson Tioga County and State of Pennsylvania of the Second part, Witnesseth, that the Said party of the first part for and in consideration of the Sum of Four Hundred and nineteen dollars lawful money of the United States to him in hand paid at or before the ensealing and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have granted bargained and Sold aliened, enfeoffed Released and confirmed and by these presents do grant, bargain and Sell alien enfeoff Release convey and confirm unto the Said party of the Second part his heirs and assigns forever all that certain lot tract or parcel of land Situate in the township of Jackson in the County of Tioga and State of Pennsylvania Beginning at the South East Corner of lot No. 11. in Jackson Township, Tioga County Pennsylvania thence North one half of a degree East one hundred and Sixty two perches and eight tenths of a perch, thence South eighty eight degrees and one fourth of a degree East one hundred and thirty four perches and nine tenths of a perch thence south one degree West one hundred and thirty eight perches and three tenths of a perch, thence north eighty nine degrees and one half of a degree West one hundred and twenty nine perches and nine tenths of a perch to the place of beginning containing one hundred and twenty Seven acres and Six tenths of an acre with the usual allowance of Six per cent for Roads & be the Same more or less it being lot No. 181 of the allotment of the Bingham lands in Jackson township Tioga County and State of Pennsylvania and part of Warrants numbered 3368 and 3369 being a part of the same lands and premises conveyed by the Trustees of the Bingham Estate to P.P. Moris, Esq. by indenture dated March 12th 1852 and conveyed by P.P. Moris, Esquire to Henry H. Dent by Indenture dated May 28 A.D. 1852. Together with all and Singular the ways, woods, waters, watercourses mines minerals quarries rights liberties privileges hereditaments and appurtenances whatsoever thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining and the reversions and remainders rents issues and profits thereof and also all the estate, right title, interest, property, claim or demand whatsoever either in law or in equity of in, to and out of the same and every part and parcel thereof To have and to hold the Said hereby granted premises with the appurtenances unto the Said part of the Second part his heirs and assigns to the only proper use benefit and behoof of the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns forever, And the said party of the first part does for himself his heirs, Executors and administrators, covenant, promise, grant and agree to and with the said party of the Second part his heirs and assigns that the above described premises with the appurtenances unto the said party of the Second part his heirs and assigns they will warrant and forever defend against all and every person or persons lawfully claiming or to claim the same or any part thereof. In witness whereof the Said parties to these presents have hereunto Set their hands and Seals the day and year first above written. H.H. Dent (Seal) Signed Sealed and delivered in presence of Edwin Dyer Tioga County Personally came before me, the Subscriber, one of the Associate Judges in and for said County Henry H. Dent the grantor above named and in due form of law acknowledged that he executed the foregoing indenture for the purposes therein named, and desired the same might be recorded as such, In testimony whereof I have hereunto Set my hand and Seal this third day of March A.D. one Thousand Eight Hundred and fifty-three: Edwin Dyer Associate Judge (Seal)
