The map above has been scanned from the 1875 Tioga County Atlas. It shows the parts of Warrants 1819 and 1820 where this land transaction occurred. This is on the southern boundary of Rutland where it meets Sullivan Township. The Nash and McConnell properties were adjacent even though in different townships.
This is a transcription of the 1877 Timber Rights Agreement  in Rutland Township, Tioga County, PA transcribed by Jane Webb

Article of Agreement

Entered into this fifth Day of March A. D. One thousand Eight Hundred & Seventy Seven between E.L. Nash of the first part & James Mconel of the Second part both of Sullivan & Rutland Township as follows the party of the first part agrees to Sell to the party of Second part for fifteen Dollars lawful money paid in hand All the Wood & timber contained on a Surtin piece of Land Situated in the Township of Rutland County of Tioga & State of Pennsylvania & bounded as follows comenceing at the South West corner of E.L. Parkes Land and runing North along the line of James Mconel twenty Purchas to the Clearing thence East along the Clearing fifteen purchas to a large beech tree thence South East along in line With a large hemlock tree ten Purchas to the line of James Mconel thence West along the line of James Mconel twenty Purchas to the place of begining Containing One or two Acres being the Same more or less. Furthermore the party of the first part agrees to give to the party of the Second part his heirs & asignes five years from this Date to take the timber off of Said Land for Which the party of the Second part his heirs & asignes here by agree to take the Timber Clean. cuting the underbrush & pileing the tree tops in good Snug piles & keeping up the gaps where they go through for the party of the first part his heirs & asignes for five years as Witness our hands & Seal in presence of
