    Registers Office, November 9, 1917, This day was presented the petition of Hattie E. Ashley, of Delmar township representing: That she is the executrix named in the last Will and Testament of Thomas E. Ashley eho departed this life at his residence in Delmar Township September 20, 1917, at 2:20 A.M. That the value of the personal property of the estate is $ 500.00 and the value of the real estate is $ 3000. And consists of farm property in Delmar township. The petitioner therefore prayed that said will be proved and Letters Testamentary granted to her, said Will being as follows.

    Will    July 8, 1915.
Be it Remembered, that I Thomas E. Ashley of Delmar Township Tioga County Pa. being of sound and disposing mind, memory and understanding and considering the uncertainty of life, do make. Publish and declare this to be my last will and testament, in manner and form following that is to say:
I hereby direct that upon my death, such real estate and personal property that I may be possessed of at the time of my death shall remain intact and undivided and in full charge, control, and possession of my wife Hattie E. Ashley during her life time unless she shall otherwise decide an adjustment or division of the same advisable during her life time: and in that went conditions to that end shall be concurred in by my two sons Leonard and Isaac Ashley. I finally direct that at the demise of my wife Hattie E. Ashley, such portions of my estate as she may be possessed of shall be divided equally between my two sons Leonard and Isaac Ashley or their heirs respectively.
And lastly I do make, constitute and appoint my said wife, Hattie E. Ashley to be the Executrix of this my last will and testament, hereby revoking all former wills and testaments made by me.
