On application for Letters and on presentation of And filing the affidavit
of John J. Inscho showing that Richard J. Inscho was resident at the time
of his death in Tioga township, Tioga County Pa. and that he died at his
residence in said township on the 20th day of January 1875 at the hour
of one oclock and forty five minutes P.M. Letters of Administration on
the Estate of said decedent were issued to John J. Inscho and Jesse P.
Inscho, they having taken the oath prescribed by law, Ruth Inscho, the
widow of said decedent renouncing her right and requesting their appointment
Administration bond in sum of eight thousand dollars with Ira H Ayers
and C. H. Seymour as surities filed
March 10, 1875 Inventory filed amounting to $ [left blank]
Paid 7.20 July 28, 1876 Administrators final account examined corrected
passed and files
Paid 7.20 April 6th 1878 Administrators Final Account examined passed
& filed.
