The last Will & Testament of Wm. Grace, deceased

The last Will and Testament of William Grace of the Town of Springfield in the County of Bradford,
I William Grace considering the uncertainty of this mortal life and being of Sound mind and memory do make and publish this my last Will and Testament in the manner and form following to wit ( that is to say )
First. I give and bequeath unto my beloved wife Hannah Grace one third of my real Estate and also one third of my personal Estate so long as she shall remain my widow,
I give and bequeath to my Sons William S. Grace and Addison Grace the other two thirds of my real and personal Estate,
I give and bequeath to my Daughter Harrit L. Grace the sum of Seventy five dollars in property to be pe-iel in two years after my decease if possible out of my personal property,
I give and bequeath to my Daughter Hannah Salsberry the sum of Seventy five dollars to be paid in personal property after my decease,
I give and bequeath to my Daughter Mariah Mills the sum of Twenty five dollars to be paid in personal property after my deceased,
I give and bequeath to my Daughter Olive Brooks the sum of Eighty eight dollars to be paid in personal property after my decease,
I give and bequeath to my Daughter Maria Grace the sum of one hundred dollars,
I give and bequeath to my Daughter Aratine S. Grace the sum of one hundred dollars,
My two youngest Daughters The above mentioned is to be paid in personal property after my decease the several sum above mentioned to be paid two years after my decease, the one third of my Real Estate and personal that I give and bequeath to my beloved Wife is to be equally divided between Wm. S. Grace and Addison Grace after her decease or expiration of her widowhood,
I hereby appoint Wm. S. Grace and Addison Grace Sole Executors of this my last will and testament hereby revoking all former wills by me made, In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal the twenty fifth day of May in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and forty nine.

Signed Sealed published and declared by the testator above named Wm. Grace to be his last will and testament in the presence of us who at his request and in his presence have Subscribed our names as Witnesses thereto.
