JOHN MCKEAN ET UX DEED TO ANDREW J. DRAKE
This indenture made the tenth day of May AD one thousand eight hundred
and sixty two Between John McKean of Troy Bradford County-Penna and his
wife of the first part and Andrew J. Drake of Granville in said county
and state of the second part Witnesseth that the said parties of the first
part for and in consideration of the sum of Six hundred dollars lawful
money of the Unitesd States to them in hand paid by the said party of the
second part at or before the discharge the said party of the second part----------the
certain tract of land lying and being in the Township of Granville bounded
as follows On the North and East
by lands of Robert Bailey On the South by the public highway and on
the West by lands of Charles Drake containing fifty two acres more or less
being the lot sold by the Sheriff of Bradford County on the 3rd day of
February AD 1859 as the property of Harry Bailey to the said John
McKean for one hundred dollars same recorded in deed book No 5, page 5.

-------She the said Electa being of fulll age and by me examined separate
and apart from her husband and the full contents thereof being by me first
made known to her to her acknowledged that she executed the same of her
