The Last will and Testament of THEODORE SILVARA
Know all Men by their presents that I Theodore S!lvara of Tuscarora in the
County of Bradford and state of Pennsylvania, shoemaker.
being of sound disposing mind and memory do make and publish this my last
will and testament. Items. I leave to my beloved wife,
Margaret E. Newman Silvara, all my property both personal and real estate
for her own use and benefit.
I Theodore Silvara do hereby nominate and appoint my beloved wife Margaret
E. Newman Silvara my sole executor to settle my estate
of this my last will and testament.
This indenture made the thirteenth day of June eighteen hundred and ninety
five.
Signed sealed, published and declared by the said Theodore Silvara as and
for his last will and testament in presence of us, subscribed our names as
witnesses.
