Will and Testament of Ruhamah Brown.

Be it remembered that I Ruhamah Brown of Wells Twp., Bradford Co., Pa., widow, being of sound mind and memory have thought proper to make and hereby make my last will and testament in manner following, that is to say;
First, I direct all my just debts and funeral expenses to be fully paid and satisfied as soon as conveniently may be, after my decease.
Item. I give and bequeath to my daughter Maria Varney all my estate both real and personal.
Item. I direct that my daughter Maria Varney pay my grandson F. Sidney Miller five hundred dollars in payments of one hundred dollars, precisely said payments to connivance at the time he, the said F. Sidney Miller becomes twenty one years of age.
In witness whereof I Ruhamah Brown the testatrix have to this my last will and written on one sheet of paper set my hand and seal this second day of October AD one thousand eight hundred and ninety seven.

Signed, sealed, published and declared by the above named Ruhamah Brown, as and for her last will and testament in the presence of us who have hereunto subscribed our names at her request, it's witness thereto, in the presence of the said testatrix and of each other.
