Mansfield High School Graduates 1960
1960 view of Mansfield High School. Front section , formerly the gym - converted to auditorium, was built about 1927 attached to the old Brick School. In 1939, the Brick School was torn down and the new school built surrounding the central gym. The 1939 section  on left became the Junior High School in the fall of 1959, and the High School is the new part on the right.
From the 1960 Manscript - Yearbook of Mansfield High School.
This is the first class to graduate from the new high school building.
The names for this listing are from the 1960 yearbook. I have added others from the 1960 Commencement brochure. I am also adding the ninth grade photos below the senior photos - Please don't tar and feather me when I see you. They are from the 1957 Hillside Pen yearbook. Many of those in the ninth grade graduating class did not graduate after the twelfth year. Some may have transferred to other schools.
