| Lynn Gitchell Soper, son of Nathaniel Soper and Rosina D. Rumsey of Sullivan, was a teacher in Sullivan township's Elk Run School in 1903. By 1907 and 1908 he was principal in Morris township schools. He sent postcards to Daisy Austin of Mainesburg who was probably his "girlfriend" although both married other people. One was dated 1908. This one is not dated, but tells her he will be at the fair. This is Lynn G. Soper at first base. The postmark in not legible but may be Huntington. |  |
