These are all the entries in the Bible.  I wish there were more.  I hope there is something here that you can use or someone else can use.

My mother was KATHRYN MARIE CRIPPEN LOERKE (born in 1919 in Elmira, New York); Her father (my grandfather) was GEORGE MORTON CRIPPEN (1898 - 1986)
His father (my great grandfather) was ASA MORTON CRIPPEN.
Because the Bible came from my grandparents' house in Bath, New York, where they moved in the 1830's, I assume that my greatgrandfather was one of the two Asa Crippens, grandsons of Asa and Betsey Crippen.  I am trying to establish that it was the same Asa M. Crippen, (born December 13, 1858) but haven't proven that for sure.  I am still searching for that definite link.  If you think I have any more information that I could help you with, or if you have any information that you think I couldl use, please feel free to e-mail me or to give my address out.  I am MARY J FREELAND@aol.com
