We had some confusion as there was a Pierce School in the adjacent township of Armenia as well. Fay Morgan tracked down the Troy Township Pierce School and her note is at the bottom.

Hi,
I got tired of waiting. I called Herb Wells, still living on Farmer's Valley road.
The Pierce school was at the intersection of Kittle road and Farmer's Valley Rd. This is a "t" and the school stood across from the intersection.
I went to switchboard.com and found Kittle Rd and  right where they should be.
I had asked what happened to the school, and Herb (in the background) said that ol man bohlayer - (I thought he said) tore it down and built a garage. I questioned the name and they said no with an 'air'.
I went to 'Joyce's Page' and found a Jacob Bohlaier  in Troy Twp.
I am asuming this is the one who tore down the school.
At the spot where the school stood is a Trailer and a gaage.
Now, isn't that something!
