Post Offices in Albany Township  in 1870  -  Residents in Albany Township picked up their mail at the Albany PO, New Albany PO, Laddsburg PO, Hibbard Town PO or the Dushore PO which was in Sullivan County, PA.   There was no rural delivery until 1903.  Households on this page received mail at the Hibbard Town Post Office
